NFTZave (hereinafter referred to as “this Platform” or “we”) takes user privacy and data security very seriously. This Privacy Policy clearly explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect user information.
By accessing or using the NFTZave website, application, and related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any of the terms in this Policy, please cease using our services.
This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the NFTZave platform, including but not limited to browsers, registered users, creators, collectors, and participants in community governance.
We are committed to complying with applicable data protection laws (including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)) and establishing a unified, secure, and compliant data processing mechanism globally.

To provide efficient and secure services, this platform may collect the following types of information during user use:
User-Provided Information: including email addresses, usernames, digital wallet addresses, and other voluntarily provided information when registering an account;
Blockchain Interaction Data: including your wallet transaction history, NFT minting and transfer history, participation in DAO governance, etc.;
Platform Behavior Data: including your visit history, click paths, favorites, curation activities, search keywords, etc.;
Device and Technical Information: including browser type, operating system, IP address, device identifier, access time and location, etc.;
Cookies and Tracking Technologies: To enhance user experience and conduct behavioral analysis, we use technologies such as cookies and pixel tags to record information.
We only collect data necessary to provide services and do not track user behavior outside of this platform in an unauthorized manner.

NFTZave collects user information only for the following legitimate, reasonable, and necessary purposes:
Providing core functional services: for account management, NFT minting, trade execution, on-chain display, wallet association, and other operational processes;
Platform security and risk control: for identifying abnormal operations, risky users, cyberattacks, and preventing fraud or money laundering;
Compliance and regulatory cooperation: for meeting regional regulatory requirements and complying with compliance obligations such as identity verification (such as Know Your Customer) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML);
Service optimization and personalization: for analyzing user behavior and optimizing the interface experience, recommendation system, and collectible categorization and display logic;
Technical support and communication notifications: for processing user requests, sending system notifications, surveys, feature updates, and other related messages;
Internal operational statistics: for data analysis, user growth assessment, platform performance testing, and operational decision support.
The platform will not use user information for any activities beyond the aforementioned purposes without the user’s prior consent.

NFTZave minimizes the sharing, transfer, and disclosure of user personal information, subject to compliance with laws and regulations, and only does so in the following necessary circumstances:
Sharing with Technology and Service Providers: To fulfill specific functions, we may share necessary data with trusted third-party service providers (such as data storage, blockchain node operators, and identity verification platforms), but we require them to strictly adhere to confidentiality and data security agreements.
Legal Disclosure: We are obligated to disclose user information to relevant authorities upon request from regulators, court orders, or as required by legal obligations.
Mergers, Acquisitions, or Asset Restructurings: In the event of a business merger or asset transaction on our platform, user information may be transferred as part of the assets, but we will ensure that it continues to be subject to equivalent privacy protection standards.
Sharing with User Authorization: This includes when users explicitly authorize specific information to be used for display on partner platforms, joint events, or content promotion.
We never sell user information, nor do we use it for third-party advertising without user authorization.

To enhance user experience and optimize platform performance, NFTZave uses cookies and other similar tracking technologies to collect and store certain information. Cookies are small data files written to a user’s device when they browse the platform. They can be used to record preferences, login status, and interaction behavior.
We use cookies primarily for the following purposes:
Maintaining user login status to avoid repeated authentication;
Analyzing user usage behavior to improve platform responsiveness and user experience;
Supporting multiple languages, currencies, and personalized recommendations;
Tracking user browsing paths to assess content effectiveness and feature usage.
Users can limit or delete cookies through their browser settings, but this may result in some platform features not functioning properly. We do not obtain personally identifiable information from users through cookies, nor do we use such information for third-party advertising purposes.

Information collected by NFTZave is stored on protected servers, with multiple layers of encryption and access control policies deployed to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of data during transmission and storage. Our data protection measures include:
Using the HTTPS encryption protocol to secure communications between users and the platform;
Storing all sensitive data in encrypted form to prevent the risk of plaintext leakage;
Deploying access control mechanisms to restrict access to specific data to vetted operational personnel;
Performing regular system audits, vulnerability detection, and third-party security assessments;
Instituting real-time monitoring and automatic blocking mechanisms for abnormal access behavior.
While we have implemented commercially reasonable security measures, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmission over the internet. Users should properly safeguard their wallet private keys, mnemonics, and account information and are solely responsible for any information leaks or asset losses caused by their own faults.

NFTZave will retain user information as needed for service needs, legal requirements, and business compliance. We store relevant data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. After expiration, we will delete or anonymize it in accordance with security standards. The specific retention policy is as follows:
Platform account information will be retained for up to 90 days after a user cancels their account for historical verification, compliance audits, and risk management purposes.
Due to the nature of blockchain interactions, data is permanently public and the platform cannot delete or modify on-chain records.
Transaction records, wallet addresses, and usage behavior may be retained for longer periods (e.g., five years) in accordance with regulatory requirements for anti-money laundering and tax audit purposes.
If a user is involved in a platform security incident, fraud, or legal dispute, the relevant information will be retained for an extended period based on the nature of the incident until it is resolved.
Users may request account cancellation or data deletion at any time. We will verify their identity and make every effort to delete relevant data that does not impact compliance.

NFTZave respects and protects users’ legal rights regarding their personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. When using the platform’s services, users have the following rights:
Right of Access: You have the right to request a copy of your personal data collected by us;
Right of Correction: If you believe your data is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request its correction;
Right of Deletion: Subject to legal requirements, you may request the deletion of your information (this does not apply to immutable data on the blockchain);
Right to Restrict Processing: Under certain circumstances, you may request the restriction of the scope of processing of your information;
Right to Data Portability: You may request the export of certain information you have provided to the platform;
Right to Object to Processing: You have the right to object to the use of certain information on legitimate grounds;
Right to Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw your consent at any time for data collected based on user authorization.
Users may submit the above requests through the official email address or the online tool provided by the platform. We will verify and respond to requests in accordance with the law within a reasonable timeframe, but some requests may not be fully fulfilled due to technical or legal limitations.

NFTZave’s services are intended for use by adults with full legal capacity. We do not intentionally collect or store personal information of anyone under the age of 18 (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction). If we discover that a user has registered, traded, or uploaded information without the consent of their legal guardian, the platform reserves the right to immediately take the following measures:
Suspend or terminate the account’s service permissions;
Delete non-on-chain controllable data associated with the account;
Require the guardian to contact the platform for assistance in resolving any related issues.
We encourage guardians to actively guide minors in safe internet use. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information about a minor, please contact us immediately through official channels and we will handle the relevant data in accordance with the law.
